Step 2: Initial Design Consultation $375 - 2 hour site visit
The next step is to book a discovery session with our Principal Interior Designer, Liza Lange. This 2 hour paid appointment can be held on site within South East Queensland, or online if you are interstate, whatever suits you best.
If you like what we do and would like to work with us this initial fee is deducted from the next step when you engage our services​

This is where your project really starts to take shape. Every brief is different, and our approach is flexible, considered, and tailored to the way you want to work.

1. Design direction - Concept Floor Plan and 3D image Package
2. Design refinement - For Construction Documentation
3. Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) Selections
4. Collaboration & coordination with Builder, Structural Engineer, Electrician, Plumber & HVAC, Landscape, Traffic Consultant, Building Design, Building Certifier, Local Planning Authority
5. Ordering & delivery & styling
6. Bringing it all together - Photography and Marketing
